Bahan- Bahan :-
7 ulas bawang merah ( 3/4 ulas ditumbuk dan selebih nyer dihiris)
2/3 potong isi ayam
2 biji telur ayam
Tepung Jagung
Air perahan lemon ( gunakan 1/2 biji lemon )
Gula
Garam
Minyak
Cara-caranya:-
1. Potong isi ayam secara memanjang.. atau ikut suka hati korang lerr.. kemudian, celupkan kedalam telur yang telah dipecahkan.. kemudian salutkan dengan tepung jagung... goreng sehingga kekuningan...
2. Ketepikan isi ayam yang telah masak.. Tumis hirisan bawang.. goreng sehingga naik bau.. kemudian masukkan air perahan lemon.. masukkan bawang merah yang ditumbuk.. kacau.. kemudian tambah garam dan gula mengikut citarasa anda.. sekiranya inginkan kuah yang banyak.. tambah sedikit air.. dan bancuh sedikit tepung jagung.. dan campurkan untuk memekatkan kuah berkenaan...
